A restaurateur who started his career as a dishwasher at the famed Carnegie Deli is hoping to become the doomed dining institution’s savior — by raising $5 million to keep it from closing at the end of the year. “When I saw they wanted to close . . . I was devastated,” said Sammy Musovic, who owns Manhattan hot spots Sojourn, Vero and Selena Rosa.
