Friday, December 13th, 2024, marked our annual Christmas party at CMU now known as Pathways Forward. This year brought around some exciting changes such as years of recognition for employees and awards to highlight deserving individuals around the office.
Michelle Zellers, a Mental Health supervisor from the Elizabethville office, received our Pinnacle Achievement Award for her dedication to the organization and her ability to go above and beyond daily. Other awards included the Soaring Spirit Award to recognize employees that make our office shine a little brighter with their positive attitudes, the Horizon Breaker Award to showcase employees that often chart new territory with their quality of work, the Heart of Gold Award acknowledging those that pour out compassion and empathy to those we serve, and the Phoenix Award to demonstrate those that overcome challenges in remarkable ways.
We ended the night with laughter and smiles during our ugly sweater or best dressed contest where Mia White, receptionist at the Harrisburg office location, received the most cheers for her elegant take on Christmas. It was a wonderful night for employees to relax and enjoy each other’s company outside the office and we can’t wait to do it all again in the new year!
