Jeremy joined our IT team in 2009 as a Programmer, later becoming our Network Administrator before moving up to Director of IT in 2024. When he’s not in front of a keyboard he is often outside, enjoying time with his family and rescue mutt Harry.

Amber first began working with us in 2016 and transitioned as Director in 2024. Beyond her role, she can be found volunteering with her daughter’s Girl Scout Troop.
Rachael started with Pathways Forward in 2021 and moved into her role as Coordinator of Education and Quality Management in 2025. When she is not planning new trainings, she can be found outside work enjoying time with her friends and family.
Bob is one of our newest team members, joining us in March of 2025. With a diverse financial background in both the public and private sectors, he brings years of business and leadership experience to the team. When not analyzing spreadsheets, Bob enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with his family and friends.
